The 100th assembly of the udder cleaning system used before milking, which we produce domestically in Turkey, was made this month. The pre-milking udder cleaning system can be installed in all milking parlors, including rotary, parallel and herringbone.
The purpose of the system is udder hygiene before milking. It washes with disinfectant water and dries with air. There is no need to use a pre-dipping container and towel. It cleans completely up to the teat tip thanks to the brushes. Since disinfectant is constantly circulating in the brushes, mastitis transmission from animal to animal is prevented. The brushes comply with the food regulations and do not harm the udder. In addition, it provides excellent stimulation and increases milk flow. In addition, savings are made in disinfectant consumption.
